Halo Water Proofing is a KS-licensed Crawl Space Encapsulation company that treats every Mount Hope job like it's the only one on the schedule.
Every Mount Hope technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Mount Hope homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Catching one of these early usually means a smaller repair bill and a lot less stress for Mount Hope homeowners.
If the basement smells damp no matter the season, water is likely finding a way in somewhere you can't see.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
It's easy to mistake efflorescence for harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
If a foundation wall looks like it's curving inward, that's beyond a simple patch and needs a real assessment.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
From a 2 a.m. sump pump failure to a planned exterior drainage project, here's what our Mount Hope crews handle most.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.
Get Emergency Help →Seasonal ground movement in Mount Hope tends to widen existing cracks over time, so sealing early usually costs less than waiting.
Ask About Crack Repair →Most Mount Hope pump failures happen during the exact storms that need them most, which is exactly why battery backup matters.
Book a Pump Check →For yards fighting bad grading, an exterior French drain intercepts water before it ever touches the foundation wall.
Talk Drainage Options →A damp Mount Hope crawl space drives up humidity throughout the house — we seal it completely with heavy-duty vapor barrier and add dehumidification where needed.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →Commercial water intrusion means bigger stakes — inventory, tenants, downtime. We scope commercial Mount Hope jobs with written specs and a real timeline.
Request a Commercial Quote →No pressure, no scripts — just what actually happens once you call +1-866-476-1348.
We figure out fast whether this needs an emergency dispatch or a scheduled inspection.
We point out exactly what we find as we find it, so nothing about the diagnosis feels like a black box.
Every Mount Hope quote is written before work starts, not estimated verbally and adjusted later.
Our crew completes the repair, cleans up, and walks you through the warranty on what was installed.

There's no verbal quote that grows once the crew shows up — the written estimate is final.
A local dispatch model means the technician who answers your questions is the same one who shows up.
If a covered repair fails, we come back and fix it. That's part of the contract, not just a promise.
